A request from the owner

To ensure that guests are provided with the highest quality of food, service and hospitality, MOTOI confirms all allergies, food preferences and requests that guests may have in advance and carefully selects the ingredients, prepares the courses and accommodates special occasions based on the information received in this request for a reservation.

Due to a high volume of requests, limited number of seating and to prevent overlap with other guests looking to make a reservation, MOTOI humbly asks that you secure your reservation by completing payment for your courses in advance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you enjoy your meal and that your time and experience at the MOTOI is a truly memorable and special one.

Customers with allergies or specific dietary preferences, please indicate both what you can and cannot consume.
Additionally, specify if you can consume a certain food item if it's prepared differently.
(Example 1: "I am unable to eat shrimp or crab, but I can consume octopus and squid."
(Example 2: "I cannot eat raw fish, but I can eat raw seafood. However, I can eat fish when it's cooked.")

*Regarding seafood, please provide detailed information about fish, shellfish, seaweed, crustaceans (such as shrimp and crab), and cephalopods (such as octopus and squid).
*Regarding raw foods, please provide detailed information about raw fish, raw seafood, vegetables, eggs, and fruits.　　
For guests with an allergy or dislike to any type of nuts, please inform us in detail which nuts and nut products you can and cannot eat (eg. walnuts, almonds, almond powder, peanuts etc).　
Please be advised that only children 13 years and older can enter the restaurant.
Regardless of whether a course is ordered, reservations with children under the age of 13 years old will be refused entry and their reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
Please be advised that there is no parking space at the restaurant.

For reservations with 1 to 6 guests :
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 3 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 3 days before or within 2 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

For reservations with 7 to 9 guests :
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 7 days before, or within 6 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

For reservations with 10 to 20 guests :
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 14 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 14 days before, within 13 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

For reservations with 21 or more guests :
※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 31 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund.
※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 31 days before, or within 30 days from the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund.

※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated.
※ Your reservation will be completed through us at My Concierge Japan.
