In order to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest quality food and service, fresh ingredients are carefully selected, purchased and prepared for each customer before customers arrive for their reservation. After confirming food allergies and consideration of preferences, we are dedicated to serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. In addition to some of the reasons mentioned above, and due to the high volume of reservations as well as overlap with other customers making reservations, we kindly request that customers secure a reservation by paying for their course with a credit card or PayPal before their reservation.     How to make a reservation

    • 1. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is submitted.

    • 2. My Concierge Japan will check to see if a reservation can be made on the date/time you requested.

    • 3. If seating is available, an email and URL link will be sent to you from where you can complete payment for your reservation with a credit card or PayPal. Please complete payment within 48 hours. Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your reservation has been finalized.

    • Cancellation policy
      ※For 1-6 guests, a 100% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the reservation. 7-9 guests: 100% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation. 10-20 guests: 100% refund for cancellation made at least 14 days before the reservation. 21 or more guests (or private reservation of restaurant): 100% refund for cancellation made within 30 days of the reservation.

      Any changes to the reservation date, time, number of people, course, are required to be made within the same time frame listed above.

      Cancellations that will NOT be eligible for a refund:
      1-6 guests: Cancellation made anytime within 2 days of the reservation.
      7-9 guests: Cancellation made anytime within 6 days of the reservation.
      10-20 guests: Cancellation made anytime within 13 days of the reservation.
      21 or more guests (or private reservation of reservation): Cancellation made anytime within 29 days of the reservation.
      ※Additional orders for food and drink can be made at the restaurant and paid for at the restaurant.
      ※Please do not be late for your reservation. Please note that if you are 30 or minutes more late, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be ineligible for a refund or change to a different date or time.

    When making a reservation please be informed of the restaurant rules and regulations that must be followed inside the store as a counter measure for COVID-19 even after cases has decreased, such as social distancing, alcohol disinfection and wearing a mask (if required by the restaurant).
